This machine produces 4 piece 90 adjustable elbows from tubes at a rate up to 120 parts per hour.

The control allows the operator to make 30 , 60 or 90 (1,2 or 3 gore) elbows corner.

The Tube Matic® machine produces elbow blanks.

With the exception of the material feed, the entire line is operated by hydraulic motors and cylinders. The hydraulic system features a 3 phase, 7-1/2 HP (5,7 kw) motor and hydraulic tank.

Material feed is by way of an electric servomotor, giving extremely fast positioning and accuracy, with top speed of 75 FPM (22.5 MPM).

The Machine provides the easiest method available for connecting round pipe to rectangular duct.

• It will turn a narrow deep vee-flange approximately 3/16" (4.76 mm). Flange is always on large end of cone.
• The Spin Collar Machine will also turn a ¼" (6.35 mm) by 90° flange
• Both flanges can be done on straight sided or collars with a cone shape
