B&K Versamill System

The B&K Versamill system is an economical solution for production of drywall stud, track and furring channel and other common non-perforated drywall accessories. The B&K Versamill System provides the capacity to produce 20 to 25 gauge stud and track – as well as various drywall Accessory components. And, all of the parts can be produced at speeds up to 150 feet per minute.

No roll changeover is required to begin producing stud and track components and accessory items across the range of the system. The simple adjustments and operator screens are easily understood – greatly reducing operator training time. The system is easily installed and its compact foot print allows for optimum use of your floor space.

The Versarmill System is extremely compact. The hydraulic pre-punch, precut system insures there is no tooling changeover required when switching between profiles. Switching between stud punching is completely programmable in the batch production length controller. Inkjet marking and label printers can be integrated for identifying finished product. The Versamill system includes a completely integrated hydraulic power unit for operating the uncoiler, punch, shear and roll former, so you can receive your Versamill and be up and running the same day. The 150 FPM (45 m/min) production speed is a huge productivity jump compared to portable roll formers. Stud and track web width changeovers are made quickly without touching the roll tooling. Changeover to produce the Drywall Accessory Products is as simple as turning a hand crank to position the desired tooling set – no roll tooling change is needed for most parts. The B&K Versamill system provides the diversity of products and the line speed necessary to satisfy customer demands, with the included digital readout, setups are easily repeatable.
