Hill Engineering In-line Flying Dimple-Free Tube Cutoff

Over the course of Hill Engineering’s 70+ year history, we have designed and built cutoff dies and systems for the tubing industry and the roll forming industry. Besides basic tube cutoff dies, we have built in-line punching and end swaging dies, side-action cutoffs and dimple-free cutoff systems. Outside of Hill Engineering's tooling, we also provide spare cutting jaws and blades for Yoder, Dahlstrom, and Tishken dies and systems.

The Hill Engineering In-line Flying Dimple-Free Tube Cutoff is an affordable “duo-cut” cutoff with “closed loop” electronic measuring/accelerator with Line speeds up to 250 F.P.M. and is available in the following configurations in addition to our stationary (recut) “duo-cut” with programmable feeder:

• Model I: .188 – .75 Diameter
• Model II: .375 – 1.50 Diameter
• Model III: .750 – 3.00 Diameter
