Roll Forming

Roll Forming Process

The coiled or sheet, flat strip metal to be formed is passed through a series of paired rolls, to progressively form the desired profile. Pre-notching, post-notching, embossing, cutting to length and several other engineered features can be incorporated into the automatic operation of the roll forming process.

Whether it is decorative appliance trim, store fixture shelving, roll-up garage doors, drop ceiling grid, HVAC louvers, or highway guard rails, there is a roll former for the application. Tishken offers a wide range of roll formers to fit your project. Listed below is a brief description of our standard size roll forming machines.
